Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Has Selected a $9.5 million vacation home in Georgia Farm. A part associated with performer Dwayne “The Stone” Johnson has devoured a remarkable 46-acre plot of land outside of Atlanta.
The equestrian home in the quiet rural village of Powder Springs was purchased for almost $9.5 million by a Georgia-based corporation that was associated with Mr. Johnson’s business commanders in Los Angeles, according to public property records. Mr. Johnson, 47, was unable to leave after making the comment. He was formerly a skilled wrestler but has since built a career as an entertainer and maker.
The centerpiece of the sprawling, multi-package property is an eight-room, 14,000-square-foot megamansion, plenty of space for Mr. Johnson and his group of five.
The main home was renovated in 2002 and features stone fireplaces, a custom wine cellar, and a saltwater pool and cabana on the lawn, according to the listing with real estate expert Jeff DeJarnett of Harry Norman Real estate specialists. Mr. DeJarnett opted not to comment on the agreement.
The wealthy residence is inspired by the French nation, recalling its exterior’s unfinished block and stone cladding, large casement windows, and its rustic interior, which features exposed wood and stone throughout, as depicted in the photos. Additional conveniences include a cozy, wood-framed library with polished glass.
The Johnsons also receive a fully furnished pony ranch featuring a riding field with a review deck and a 12-slow down outbuilding. One of its most well-known features is a distinctive 150-year-old homestead house that, according to the posting, serves as an overseer’s bungalow.
The agreement was reached a few months after the “Quick and the Irate” singer married Lauren Hashian, his lifelong sweetheart, in Hawaii.
The agreement also closely follows the announcement made in September that Mr. Johnson and his former colleague Dany Garcia intend to host Atlanta’s first wellness conference, Atheticon, in October 2020.
