College Football Week 12 Grades: Auburn Spends a Lot of Money to Make Its Mark.

Welcome to College Football Week 12 Grades! Don’t worry, sad Michigan fans, this is the last post of the year. After spending the entire week emailing and tweeting, you can take some crows for dinner… while your kid is actually sipping some tea.

Regarding last season’s grading, the same applies: high grades will be only for outstanding folks, and there’s no chance of turning an unsuccessful grade around.

Last week’s low grades went to the above-mentioned school, aka ‘Team America’, which faced pressure due to ongoing sign-stealing investigations and went from being high and mighty to lower in the ranks.

Unfortunately for Auburn, the Eagles didn’t stay behind this season and improved to 9-3.

Perhaps Auburn fans can use the toilet paper they were going to throw on the oak trees at Toomer’s Corner to clean up after their team. Three hours away in the northwest, Alabama’s FCS and Chattanooga collaboratively worked on a $600,000 day for Mocs and put together a seven-on-seven drill for the 66-10 victors in Crimson.

Struggling to secure a spot in the playoffs, Florida State paid Northern Alabama a modest $400,000… and lost their starting quarterback in the process.
